When I visited the West Carroll Courthouse, it was closed on a weekend. A member of the chamber from the Fiske Theater tried to get me into the courthouse, but the office at the jail was busy. The Clerk at the courthouse was not able to tell me the name of the architect and contractor in 1915 – 1917. I was wondering if there is a plaque in the courthouse with this information. If not, is there a historical society that I might contact and their email address.
