MONROE — The University of Louisiana at Monroe Small Business Development Center will be hosting a workshop to discuss the SBA Patriot Express Loan Program Tuesday, November 16 at 6 p.m. in the ULM Administration Building.
The SBA Patriot Express Loan Program is designed for military community members including veterans, service-disabled veterans, active-duty service member participating in the military’s Transition Assistance Program, Reservist and National Guard members, along with current spouses of any of the above, and the widowed spouse of a service member or veteran who died during service or of a service connected disability.
SBA-guaranteed Patriot Express Loans are available up to $500,000 and can be used for most business purposes including start-up, expansion, equipment purchases, working capital, inventory or business-occupied real-estate purchases. Topics of discussion include program information, loan eligibility and requirements and how to access Patriot Loans.
