OAK GROVE, La. — Tony Gilley of Gilley Enterprises of West Monroe and the West Carroll Chamber of Commerce have planned a Ground Breaking Ceremony Friday March 4 at 11 a.m. at the site of the new McDonalds on Constitution Avenue across from Wal Mart.

 “We are very excited to celebrate the beginning of construction of this new business in Oak Grove.” Chamber Director Adam Holland said. “McDonalds choosing to locate one of its franchises here is a testament to the growth we are experiencing as a town and parish due to the diligent work of our leaders.”
