West Carroll Parish is in the northeast section of Louisiana, joining Arkansas on the north, East Carroll Parish on the east, Richland Parish on the south and Morehouse Parish on the West. Bayou Macon divides East and West Carroll parishes. Beouf River is the boundary between West Carroll and Morehouse parishes. The Mississippi River is 15 miles to the east. Click here for more.
